Description We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist with billing, collections, and maintaining customer payment records. The role requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively with customers while ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Responsibilities: + Manage customer invoicing and payments through AR systems. + Follow up on overdue accounts and escalate issues as necessary. + Assist with account reconciliations and prepare related reports. + Collaborate with the finance team on monthly close processes. Requirements Requirements: + 1+ year of AR or accounting experience. + Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
