WATER QUALITY PLATFORM
Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, Trojan Technologies, McCrometer and ChemTreat. WQ Asia has sales offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Hach-TH Water Quality Platform, a part of the Hach Company, is a leader in manufacturing and distributing analytical instruments and reagents used to test water quality and other liquid solutions. In response to the rapidly expanding reagent in water test business in Thailand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Water Quality Thailand Group as an Aftermarket Sales Specialist.
About Role
Responsibilities
Account receivable
Prepare and issue the Billing / Invoice/credit note/ Receipt
Monitor and coordinate with customers for payment collection to ensure that payment have been made on due date.
Coordinate with the Bank on cash collection and payments.
Prepare AR ageing report with analysis on overdue items
Supporting in preparation of Cash flow statement, Bank related matters and AR audits (only need based)
Other tasks that may be assigned
Responsibilities- Treasury
Posting entries relate to cash collection from customers.
Post entries relate to cash payout to vendors/suppliers in the system.
Prepare bank reconciliation and GL related
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or related fields
3-5 years of experience in AR and treasury function is preferred
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Capacity to work independently and proactively.
Highly responsible
Able to work under pressure
Good English communication skill (Read, write, and speak).
Strong in MS Office (Excel)
