Position Summary
To provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.
 

Responsibilities

Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses

Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices

Reconcile any irregularities in receipts

Work collaboratively with all Finance Department to ensure accuracy in finance

Generate reports and statements for internal use and to Report to the Group

Create and send all the statements

Review all rebates contracts and control each month the correct calculation

Margin analysis
 

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting or similar OR experience in Administrative for 2 years

Good knowledge of English (and French is a plus)

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular

Must exhibit high energy, flexibility, and results orientation

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with all levels within the organization

Analytical mindset and strong orientation to detail (Good with numbers and figures)

Collaborative style, team player.
