Aquatics Masters Swim Coach

Position Summary

As an Aquatics Masters Swim Team Coach, you will work in a fast-paced environment and will help our adult members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. A typical day for Masters Swim Coach could include writing and leading Masters Group Workouts and registering new Masters participants for the group. You will help to maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.

Runs the daily operations of the masters swim teamProvides adult swimmers the opportunity to master techniqueEstablishes training programs to assist adult swimmers to achieve their goalsAttends and supports swimmers at meetsUnderstands Life Time products and programs​

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or GED2 years of coaching experienceMember of US MastersCPR/AED CertifiedLifeguard Certification within 60 days of hireMust complete all job specific requirements with Life Time Education.Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of timeAbility to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and servicesAbility to swim 25 yards/meters without stoppingAbility to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to raise more than 20lbs ​

​ Preferred Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldMasters Coach Certification Level 1 & 2

PayThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.75 and pays up to $24.00, based on experience and qualifications.
