Job Description Faststream Recruitment is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Aquatic Stage Staff to join the entertainment division of one of the world’s most innovative and guest-focused cruise lines.
This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a background in aquatic operations, diving, or water-based stage management to become part of a cutting-edge production team delivering awe-inspiring aquatic shows at sea.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain underwater and stage equipment during live aquatic performances Support the entertainment team in the safe execution of complex show elements involving pools, dives, and rigging systems Conduct pre-show safety checks and assist with underwater scene changes Ensure guest and crew safety protocols are strictly adhered to Participate in rehearsals, training, and ongoing skill development Requirements:
STCW Basic Safety Training (or willingness to obtain prior to joining) Experience in water-based theatre, diving operations, or aquatic facilities and hold a PADI Dive Master certificate. Strong swimming ability and comfort in deep water environments Previous cruise ship or live event experience advantageous Team player with strong communication and situational awareness Benefits:
