POSITION DESCRIPTIONOwn the ultimate success of AQI’s customers, including customer onboarding, project success, retention, and renewal. You ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in AQI and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis.Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with key customers, assisting with the development goals and success criteria, and provide ongoing support for execution of those goalsOwn and ensure on-time delivery of renewals for AQI’s existing customer base.Using a solution and consultative based selling approach, identify and develop new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business. Independently and in collaboration with the field sales team, ensure subscription growth and increased solution footprint.This role performs routine assignments with instruction using existing procedures to solve standard problems. QUALIFICATIONS3+ years’ experience in Customer Success Management, SaaS Sales in Account Management or equivalentCandidates located on the East Coast of U.S or Canada are preferred.Direct experience managing renewals in a SaaS environment, including previous responsibility independently driving a book of business and achievement against targets.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a strong focus on customer retention and being a strategic partner for your customers.Time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details at once.Ability to work closely with an owned customer base, understand customer requirements, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen penetration of solutions within customer environmentAbility to handle challenging conversations with clients in a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.Believe in a proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients and potential problems that may arise.Passion for and deep understanding of customer service and business growth.BA or BS Degree, in a technically related field or equivalent working experience a strong plusStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently; self-drivenTeam player with the highest level of integrity. The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
