Position Summary (Responsibility): The Quality Advance Planning tech has the responsibility to execute and ensure a group of value streams in an specific program to comply 100% with customer specific requirements, control plan execution and PFMEA update.
Quality Advance Planning tech has the authority and responsibility to manage quality census across specific program or group of customer value streams towards ensuring designed quality program is being executed and improved; quality manager is responsible to provide the resources required and agree upon. The Quality Advance Planning tech must be the primary contact point to the customer for any quality topic related to the specific program or group of value stream assigned during early phases. He/She is also responsible to properly execute the IATF procedures to ensure adequate launching of new value streams or products at Aptiv.

Validates new projects / new processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Define Quality Plan for new programs, communicate the plan to the program team and ensure execution.
Organize & develop quality assurance system
Ensure customer satisfaction on assigned value streams
Ensure internal quality KPI's performance are met on assigned value streams
Ensure safe introduction of product & process changes
Detect process risks and eliminate them during the development phases
