Management and experience in core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, CP) implementing the tools and generating added value to the new product development process. + Proven experience in 8D analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies. + GreenBelt certification is desirable, with proven experience in statistical analysis focused on quality. + Proactive, change agent, self-directed, and with effective communication. Ability to lead a work team. + Implementation of new projects from conception to prototypes - MP. + Creation and timely implementation of quality documentation in the projects. Generation of NCMR - 8D as applicable in the assembly lines. + Follow-up in the first 3 months after product launch with the client, driving quality escape issues with the client while following up on root cause analysis with the multidisciplinary team. + Keep the deliverables updated according to procedures.
