Working in a community behavioral health outpatient setting Seeing children, adolescents and adults Meet with persons served to complete Individual Psychiatric Evaluations and assess for immediate needs Continue continuity of care with medication and follow up appointments Documentation including assessments, progress notes and collateral contacts Be available for consultation when needed, to staff and other service providers Prescription and management of psychiatric needs Ensure quality care is delivered to persons served within a therapeutic environment in a cost-effective manner Demonstrate behaviors that recognize the rights of clients Travel, as needed Other assigned duties
