Estamos com uma excelente oportunidade para atuação como Aprendiz Administrativo em nossa Área de Garantias dentro do segmento de Climate Solutions.

Todo o período de aprendizagem ocorrerá na sede de nossa empresa, localizada em Osasco e terá a supervisão, orientação e acompanhamento da Supervisora de Suporte Técnico deste segmento.

 

Job Responsibilities

As principais atividades relacionadas à esta aprendizagem são

 

Arquivo de Notas Fiscais e registro em planilha; Registro de cartões de garantia e arquivo; Copia de notas ficais; Planilha de protocolo com notas fiscais; Manutenção de arquivo digital de cartões; Processos relacionados a garantia com utilização de Sales Force e processos administrativos relacionados as notas fiscais de garantia; Atividades administrativas relacionadas a garantia com interação entre logística e departamento fiscal; Atendimento ao cliente em geral Background & Skills

Para participar deste processo seletivo, você precisa atender aos seguintes requisitos

 

Ensino Médio ou Ensino Médio Técnico (curso relacionado à área administrativa) cursando 2º ou 3º ano Conhecimento do pacote Office Boa comunicação Bom relacionamento interpessoal Iniciativa e dinamismo Organização

 

Se você apresentar o idioma inglês em nível intermediário para comunicação, será um diferencial.
