We are responsible to support TTT - Borgwarner plants on new Application Programs (Launch Quality & Program Management), define global processes and oversight new deployments across the BU. You will be part of a multicultural global team and support on its diverse and interesting range of tasks. With this internship you will get a deep knowledge on how the Product Development Process in an automotive company is developed and how collaborative cross functional teams and quality good practices can ensure a smooth program launch. Your Tasks: + Support in the creation of global processes descriptions. + Creation of procedures and training materials for these new processes. + Assist in reviewing the effectiveness of the global processes. + Assist in the deployment of new improvements. + Create and manage our SharePoint site. + Create and manage Power BI dashboards for KPIs follow-up and analysis.
