JOB SUMMARY:

Polaris Industries Inc. is seeking a 3+ years experienced Support Analyst within the Application Support team of the Polaris IS organization. The Supply Chain Systems team provides support for all current global business applications used by Suppliers and Internal teams. They manage the day-to-day availability of the applications and assist end users (both internal and external), respond to system alerts, and resolve incidents.  The candidate must have data analysis skills to prepare reports for internal teams on a day-to-day basis. The candidate must have strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and technical skills, great teamwork skills, and sound character and interpersonal skills.  The ideal candidate should be technically astute, well organized, proactive, and willing and capable of discussing issues with business and technical users at all levels. They also need to possess good multitasking skills and be process-oriented.

 As a Supply Chain Systems Support Analyst with Polaris, your job will be to offer outstanding customer support for all current global business applications used by Suppliers. Our suppliers are located in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Regions, so candidates can be prepared to work in both Indian work hours (09:00 - 18:00 IST) and also need to be comfortable working non-traditional hours to overlap with US time zones (12:30 - 21:30 IST). This is a unique opportunity for you to take part in Polaris' next step as we continue to build up our technology services in Bangalore.  In this position, you will gain a deep understanding of both the applications you support and the technologies used to bring our applications to life. You will handle complex tickets and emails, quality respond to customer problems in a concise and timely manner, and find appropriate solutions. Your responsibilities will include reviewing outstanding issues and completing appropriate hand-offs while ensuring excellent communication and service quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Ensure effective utilization of Polaris systems by global Suppliers and Internal usersManage Supplier / Internal team’s expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolutionGather the required information necessary to handle Supplier Portal, Procure-To-Pay Applications, Quality Management Systems Applications, and other technical inquiriesHandle Service Now tickets and emails, quality respond to supplier inquiries on time100 % adherence to Supply Chain Systems SLA’s and MetricsOwn the supplier / internal team issues from the initial stage until resolution, communicating with suppliers regularly regarding issue status and providing support wherever requiredPartner with SCS development team members on various strategic projects when neededSmooth Supplier onboarding process (Supplier Setup, Testing, Systems Support)Understand the requirements of the supplier’s expectations to provide quality responses/solutions to their inquiriesProvide effective training to suppliers on required areas/applicationsCreation of a knowledge article and SOP documentation for all potential processes, and Knowledge sharing within the teamTeam up with the product development team / Support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and escalate when appropriateCreate and maintain the supplier setups to ensure the proper flow of all data transactions into the systemsMaintaining and troubleshooting the errors in all applications related to both Internal teams and global suppliers for the ease of system users Analysis of tickets to identify training opportunities and systems improvements to enhance the overall customer experienceIdentify the process change improvements regularly on supplier applications and work with the product team to implementPost Go-Live support for any new applications/systems launches for the global suppliersAudit the existing process every quarter and update the changes to internal teams for system improvementsResponsible for providing data-driven analysis that will help support strategic decision-makingEnsure to complete the required training on various SCS processes to understand the basics functionalityLearn the fundamentals of the supported business areasPerform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position; Translate business issues into technology requirements

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and Systems or equivalent work experience in a related field to Global Supplier Systems Management3+ years' experience in handling Supply Chain Systems for OEMs or Tier 1Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in EnglishExperience in handling the ServiceNow Ticketing toolKnowledge of Supply Chain Systems related to the Procure to Pay process, Quality Management Systems, and other Engineering Systems.Knowledge on Global Supplier’s Quality Management SystemsKnowledge on EDI specifications, EDI file Types, and EDI data transaction flow between systemsKnowledge on Data Integration between multiple applicationsExperience in supporting applications on the QMS Applications / SRM ApplicationsExperience in handling data/file process flow between the supplier’s applications and the internal ERPProven complex problem-solving / management skills and a strong eye for detailExcellent interpersonal relationship/teamwork skills Able to work efficiently and effectively with frequently changing prioritiesExperience working within an on-shore / off-shore support environmentAbility to build strong relationships in a multi-cultural environment across all levels within ITLogical, able to think outside the boxProactive individual showing eagerness to learn and a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with packaged software and other applications (Open Text / EDI / Reliance / Jaggaer), Experience with Sourcing, Supply Chain Management / Systems in OEMs or Tier-1 companies.Exhibit leadership behavior that supports the business and department goals through creative thinking and strong problem-solving managementPrevious experience in handling Supply Chain Systems applications support areaStrong knowledge of Supply Chain Systems Management to understand the supplier’s expectations and system improvements.Experience in using the Service Now Ticketing Tool or other similar issue tracking systems
