The position will enable you to leverage Citi’s incomparable geographical reach, product richness, and engineering expertise and to translate these into a successful and top-of-the-class product offering for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** + _Manage team - Allocate, monitor and motivate_ + _Design and develop automation test scripts for Regression_ + _Review test plan and align automation efforts with deliverables/timelines_ + _Plan and track regression automation plan for multiple applications_ + _Collate and publish Regression test results/metrics_ + _Maintain automation test scripts updating them with application changes_ + _Identify and mitigate risks related to application releases_ + _Adhere to unit process and suggest ways to improves process efficiencies_ + _Deals with issues related to application/resources and escalate to management as appropriate_ **Qualifications:** + 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication + Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills + Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
