Mission

Manages the supply of products and services with a view to complying with the Purchasing process, the Purchasing policy and supplier commitments and contracts.
 

Main Responsibilities

Develops and executes sourcing strategy, evaluates product offerings, recommends suppliers, and negotiates contracts for assigned categories or departments

Builds a responsive supplier panel to cover all job requirements (emergencies, items missing from catalogues, specific products)

Proposes logistical optimization solutions, evaluates proposals/quotes based on offering quality, cost, or other criteria and recommends suppliers that are best suited to meet the organization’s requirements 

Guarantees compliance, ensures that all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external 

Analyzes all of his/her actions and proposes optimization solutions to territorial or family buyers

Formalizes the orders for the actions carried out, ensures their proper execution

Profile

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years of experience
