The Role
IT System Management professionals advise customers on planning and purchasing IT products such as computer systems, software solutions, or telephone systems. They analyze customer requirements and design suitable information and telecommunication technology solutions. They manage projects from a commercial, technical, and organizational perspective, including preparing offers, informing customers about financing options, concluding contracts, and billing services.
They also procure the necessary hardware and software, install IT systems, put them into operation, and hand them over to customers. IT system managers serve as contact persons, train customers, and guide them in using new systems.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a secondary school diploma or higher, speak fluent German and English, and knowledge of Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus. You’re open-minded, eager to learn, and already have some IT knowledge. You’re a team player, reliable, and enjoy working independently and taking responsibility.
