We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world. **Main responsibilities:** + Participate in cross-functional strategic projects supporting Market Access across business units + Support the coordination and daily operations of the Catalyst with its leadership team + Contribute to the development and implementation of the Catalyst’s strategic roadmap + Help design and track performance metrics to evaluate impact + Collaborate on initiatives leveraging data and AI to accelerate patient access + Help monitor global policy trends impacting pricing and market access strategies + Participate in preparing executive-level presentations and supporting internal communications _About you_ + **Soft and technical skills** : proactivity, organisation, adaptability.
