What you'll do 

 

A true Swiss knife, your mission will be to help with all aspects of communication, and your creativity on Campus Management activities! Grab your pen and your sneakers, and get involved in the SAP adventure.

 

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Participation in the development and implementation of the internal communications plan.
•    Elaboration of communication support: writing of internal and external articles, videos, slides to be displayed on the Tower screens, blog animation, employee interviews, newsletters... 
•    Coordination of internal All-Hands events and complete management of a monthly Flash event (creating the agenda, finding speakers, etc.).
•    Monitor new event formats and new ways of communicating to attract employees to participate in the life of Labs Paris.
•    Create and facilitate activities and events to promote knowledge exchanges and training
•    Foster the community of trainers and experts and help it grow
•    Manage social networks (LinkedIn)
•    Help and support the campus manager on student forums and in creating content to attract new talent
•    A plus: taking photos and videos / editing 
•    ...the rest is not written down but it's up to you to make it up! The position will evolve with your input!

 

What you bring

 

You have the following profile:

•    Student in 4th/5th year (Master 1 or 2 level) in communication

•    Good interpersonal skills with a dynamic personality
•    Strong French writing skills
•    Intermediate level in English
•    Ability to manage a project independently
•    Able to motivate employees
•    A source of proposal
•    A plus: mastering editing softwares (Canva, Photoshop)

More than 600 employees, located at the Levallois-Perret site, represent SAP Labs Paris.

It covers: Joule Digital Assistant Services, SAP Build Process Automation, Business Data Cloud & Insights, S/4HANA Cloud Finance and Procurement, SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise, and more.

The Paris Labs is also part of the "SAP Labs in France" (SAP Labs Paris, Caen, and Mougins).

The Site Director is the local representative and is part of the Labs Office team in which the apprentice will evolve.

 

Duration: 12 to 24 months

Start date: August 2025
This contract is subject to remuneration in line with the applicable collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC).
