The Apprenticeship Program JLL offers a government-approved apprenticeship program under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) for fresh graduates. This 12-month program provides on-the-job learning experience in various aspects of facility management, aiming to create a pool of skilled professionals ready to meet the industry's evolving demands. 

 

Program Areas Apprentices can specialize in: 

Perform the routine inspection of all engineering equipment & report the abnormalities if anyCheck & record all operating parameters of equipment and report the abnormalities if anyMonitoring and record the temperature across the facility as per scheduleTimely switch on and switch off the HVAC machines and lighting wherever applicableCheck and ensure no unnecessary equipment is in working conditionReport for any energy/cost saving opportunitiesCheck & record the energy meter reading and fuel storage stockAttend technical complaints on time and rectification as per approved work permitsPerform the Inhouse preventive maintenance activities as per PM Planner and safety guidelines

Eligibility Criteria 

Graduates and 3-year diploma holders who completed education within the last 3 years. 

MBA graduates who completed their degree in the last 5 years 

No gaps between degrees. 

Must possess an Aadhar-lined bank account. 

No prior work experience with PF account opening. 

This structure ensures comprehensive skill development tailored to the facility management industry.  

Post-Program Opportunities Upon successful completion, apprentices receive: 

A government-recognized certification 

Potential consideration for full-time positions within JLL
