During your **2-year apprenticeship** , you will: + Provide advice to clients and prospective clients on choosing appropriate assessment tools and manage their requests (phone, email, in-person meetings). + Support users in interpreting and delivering their test results. + Collaborate with psychologist consultants, the R&D team, the marketing department, and the customer relations team — employing commercial management and follow-up methods (Salesforce, marketing campaigns, trade shows, conferences). + Take part in weekly team meetings alongside HR Consultants. + Support client meetings (with needs analysis, theoretical presentations of our tests, commercial negotiations, etc.). + You will receive training on all our assessment tools and gain in-depth knowledge of the evaluation and human resources field. **About You** + Currently in your third year of a Psychology degree (university or school) + Curious and passionate about assessment tools. + Collaborative, service-oriented, and able to work autonomously. + An effective communicator in both French and English. **Key Skills and Competencies** + Communication and collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Interpersonal skills: Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and team members. + Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and gather or analyze data to aid decision-making. + Ability to think outside the box and question requirements or processes. **Experience You’ll Gain** + Technical: Develop an understanding of the tools and methods used in human resources and learn to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Business acumen: Build a strong understanding of the business value of services and translate this into a compelling delivery for clients. + Product management tools and methodologies: Become familiar with HR tools and processes **Job Location and Hours** This role is hybrid, located in Paris, France. **Diversity and Inclusion at Pearson** Pearson is committed to the Race Charter, pledging to ACT ON for a more inclusive workplace.
