**Key responsibilities**
• Act as the person to go-to for an excellent service to our internal customers
.• Check and follow-up data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in all systems used.
.• Provide timely response to stakeholders and establish appropriate working relationships with them.
• Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business and operational rules by providing adequate support.
• Ensure all communications are managed via used tools or specific escalation channels.
• Support Continuous Improvements Projects and Process Documentation updates.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on data quality issues and drive continuous improvement on processes and systems.

**You bring**
• Degree in business administration or similar background.
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must, knowledge of any other language is a plus.
• Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word). .
• Highly motivated to learn, talented and eager to grow professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while respecting tight deadlines.
• High service-oriented mind set-up.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
