Our Finance internships offer a unique opportunity to launch your career as you’ll get immersed in our globally diverse organization, develop your skills and build your professional network. As a DSM-Firmenich intern, you’ll spend one year learning about a worldwide growing and transforming industry and gaining invaluable experience working on projects in Barcelona, Spain.

You bring

Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn about finance processes and how they support broader business goals.Has familiarity with financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Familiar wiht datasets and shows interest in learning tools like Power BI, Python and similar.Approaches data with attention to detail and applies logical thinking to solve analytical problems.Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting quantitative information to support decision-making

You bring

Completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with additional business qualificationGained already a first experience through apprenticeship, business specific preferably, international internships, or studies abroadPossess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsHave the relevant technology skills (e.g. MS-Office, BI systems, Powerpoint)Have a strong command of English, both written and spoken as it is our working language.
