Job Responsibilities : 1. To ensure First level proactive and reactive maintenance.
2. Regularly prioritize faults to meet SLA.
3. To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with first level
operations and investigate faults/cause related.
4. Dealing with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer
Operations/CC center
5. To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions
and solutions
BE (E&C)
Experience Requirement :Fresher
Skills & Competencies : 1. Knowledge of Domain Mandatory
2. Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per agreed SLA.
3. Knowledge of technical support activities.
4. To delegate/coordinate the tasks efficiently efficiently
