Your mission, roles and responsibilities
You will be attached to the Manufacturing Engineering Department of the Forvia Group's “seating” activity R&D Division. Located in Brières-Les-Scellés (91).
Under the responsibility of the JIT "Loading robot" process manager, your missions will be as follows:
Commissioning and optimization of the robot cells in our innovation centerManipulation and programming of robot trajectories (FANUC, ABB)Development or improvement of robot cell PLC programs (Siemens)Establish communication protocol between different tools (PROFINET, Ethernet IP, etc.)Management and implementation of robotic vision programs on different platforms (Keyence)Drafting of specifications or technical documentationSupplier management and tests trackingProvide technical support to factory teams to improve the reliability or efficiency of our production meansOccasional travel within our production plants to consider.Your profile and competencies to succeed
Background: Automation, Robotics, or Industrial ComputingLevel of education: 3rd year or higherApprenticeship duration: Minimum 2 yearsRequired skills:Skills in robotics and automation (Siemens, ABB, or FANUC)Skills in electromechanical engineering would be a plus.Familiar with the industrial environmentStrong analytical abilitiesIndependent, meticulous, flexible.Take initiativeProject management, team spirit, proactivity, and curiosity.Good level of English written and spoken.What we can do for you
