Job description – Technical Support Apprentice (IPS Consumables), Targeted Sales Actions & Datamining

Job Title: Apprentice – Targeted Sales Actions, Datamining & Technical Support (IPS Consumables)
 

Job Objectives

As part of the Technical Support: Support sales performance through the implementation of targeted actions based on the analysis of customer data (datamining) and provide technical support to customers and sales teams on consumable products. The apprentice will help to strengthen the impact of commercial campaigns and improve the relevance of offers to customers.

Main missions

- Targeted sales actions & datamining

Identify business opportunities from the analysis of customer data (purchases, sectors, history)Segment databases to design specific and personalized campaignsParticipate in the implementation and monitoring of commercial actions (emailings, reminders, targeted promotions)Contribute to the drafting of commercial messages adapted to the different types of customersMonitor performance indicators (return rate, conversion rate, etc.) and propose optimizationsMonitor purchasing behavior to identify trends or gaps to address

- Support technique (Internal Product Specialist – Consommables)

Provide a first level of technical response on the ranges of consumables (plastic, filtration, glassware, etc.)Technical responses and realization of customer offers and follow-up of offers.

- Management of commercial offers

Track and relaunch customer offers to maximize conversion rateConsolidate feedback from the field to refine future proposals

- Skills and qualities required

Sensitivity for data, appetite for analysis (advanced Excel required)Good ability to structure and use customer filesInterest in scientific products and technical environmentOrganization, rigor, spirit of initiativeInterpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a variety of interlocutorsKnowledge of a CRM (Salesforce) or a data visualization tool is a plus

-Education & profile sought

Student in Bac +2 to Bac +4 in analytical marketing, biochemistry, biology, data/CRM or technical salesA first experience in a B2B or scientific environment is appreciated
