Tu rol en Baxter:

Salvar y sostener vidas por medio de la Documentación y seguimiento a los repuestos, suministros y productos importados y nacionales que ingresan al almacén, además de inventariarlos con el fin de garantizar un stock mínimo y confiabilidad del almacén de repuestos y suministros. Listar los repuestos críticos de consumo diario y verificar cantidades disponibles e informar a compras con el fin de mantener un stock para evitar paradas de planta. Anualmente realizar inventario financiero de todo el stock de repuestos en almacén para garantizar mínima desviación.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

1. Realizar reportes diarios de ingresos, compras varias y salidas de repuestos y suministros.

2. Atención de usuarios y despachos de repuestos y suministros.

3. Apoyar el almacén de repuesto para realizar inventarios y logística en general.

4.Realizar identificación de repuestos y suministros.

5. Documentar en sistema, repuestos y suministro que ingresan y salen del almacén.

6. Verificar Repuestos apoyar logística de repuestos según correspondan (Mecánicos, Eléctricos, Neumáticos, Electrónicos).

7. Garantizar stock de repuestos y suministros sin desviaciones al inventariar. 8. Realizar inventarios de repuestos, suministros y realizar cierre al finalizar cada mes sin desviaciones en inventario. Mantener el Estándar 6’S.}

Lo que brindarás:

1. Estudiante disponible para Práctica Estudiantil de Técnico y/o Tecnólogo en Administración de Empresas, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial.

2. Manejo del Paquete Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Acces).

3. No haber firmado contrato tipo Sena

4. Disponibilidad Inmediata y estar avalado por la Institución
