FAURECIA CLARION ELECTRONICS est un leader de l’électronique embarquée/ nous sommes également en Service Après-vente pour les constructeurs et réseaux automobile pour assurer la réparation des produits dans le domaine de l’électronique au niveau Europe.

Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? pour effectuer une année au sein d’un service Clients à dimension Européenne , travailler en équipe et participer aux projets commerciaux !

MISSIONS

Après une période d’intégration au sein de Repar Lab , votre  mission principale sera la Relation Clients avec les professionnels du secteur Automobile

A l’aise dans les relations client vous assurez la promotion de nos solutions techniques après une période de formation,

Vous prendrez en charge des dossiers clients ( gestion des demandes, instruction de dossiers , gestion des litiges ),

Vous renseignerez les clients par téléphone ( tarifs, délais … ) en lien avec les réponses techniques apportées par l’atelier (téléphone et email)

Vous maitrisez impérativement  l’allemand ou l'Espagnol vous pourrez  ainis apporter votre contribution sur un de ces pays !

Vous pourrez participer aux projets qui animeront le service clients  (créations de support, digital , ect )

De nature curieux (se), créatif(ve) , nous serons attentifs à vos idées et vos propositions permettant d’améliorer  le process de satisfaction Client.

PROFIL
- Licence, Cursus Universitaire  : votre projet est d’avoir une alternance valorisante

- Allemand ou Anglais courant 

- Bon relationnel

- Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un groupe international ( VIE possible à l’issue de l’alternance )
