The HR Generalist Apprentice will contribute to the operational efficiency of the HR France organization and fostering a positive work environment.  This position reports to the Country HR Business Partner and is part of the Cytiva HR France department located in Saint-Germain-en-Laye and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

Training plan follow-up and implementation: logistics, registration tracking, reporting.

Payroll variables management: monthly data collection and verification.

Social and labor law monitoring: tracking HR news and preparing summary notes.

HR administrative support: responding to employee queries, managing administrative documents (certificates, contracts, etc.).

Who you are:

Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Proficient in english

Detail-oriented, discreet, and a team player.

Apprenti(e) RH Généraliste

Le/la RH Generalist Apprentice contribuera à l’efficacité opérationnelle de l’équipe RH France et à la promotion d’un environnement de travail positif.

Ce poste est rattaché à la HR Business Partner France et fait partie du département RH de Cytiva France, basé à Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Il s’agit d’un poste en présentiel.

Vos missions :

Suivi et mise en œuvre du plan de formation : logistique, suivi des inscriptions, reporting.Gestion des variables de paie : collecte et vérification mensuelle des données.Veille sociale et juridique : suivi de l’actualité RH et rédaction de notes de synthèse.Support administratif RH : réponse aux demandes des collaborateurs, gestion des documents administratifs (attestations, contrats, etc.).

Votre profil :

Actuellement en Master en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent.Maîtrise de l’anglais.Sens du détail, discrétion, esprit d’équipe.
