Description\nAbout the Client
Our client operates in the real estate wholesaling and flipping industry. Their goal is to efficiently connect with homeowners interested in selling their properties, assist in wholesaling, flipping, and retail transactions, and eventually scale their team of assistants to enhance their business operations.

Why does this role exist?
This role is critical to driving the company’s growth by generating and qualifying high volumes of real estate leads through outbound calling. The appointment setter will be the first point of contact for homeowners, gathering important property details and scheduling follow-up calls for sales closers. Hiring skilled assistants allows the client to scale operations rapidly and maximize deal flow.

The Impact you’ll makeOutbound Lead Generation\nMake 300 to 400 outbound calls daily to homeowners.\nIdentify motivated sellers interested in wholesaling, flipping, or retailing their properties.\nEngage leads in friendly, natural conversations to build rapport.\n
Appointment Setting\nSchedule follow-up calls and appointments for closers with qualified leads.\nUse client scripts and scenarios to effectively guide calls toward booking.\n
Information Gathering\nCollect detailed property information such as roofing condition, HVAC status, lease details, and other relevant data.\nEnsure accurate and thorough data collection to support deal evaluation.\n
Lead & CRM Management\nLog all calls and update lead statuses using CRM software.\nUtilize CallRail for call tracking and PropStream/DealMachine for lead research.\n
Team Growth & Development\nRamp up quickly through client-provided training and scripts.\nDemonstrate potential to grow into a closing role over time.\n
