About the team
The Disputes management team manages systems handling vendor billing disputes across Amazon's global operations. These disputes arise from invoice matching discrepancies, resulting in short payments due to quantity and price variances, as well as receivables from vendor returns and other deductions.
The Dispute Management System enables dispute creation through multiple channels (Vendor Central, FinOps Central), provides automated research and recommendations, and facilitates communication between vendors and FinOps analysts.
Our platform streamlines the entire dispute lifecycle, from initial filing through final resolution, ensuring accurate handling of financial claims while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
