Role Summary
As an Applications QA Engineer 3, you will lead and ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous manual and automated testing. Combining leadership and technical expertise, you will drive IT Applications projects to deliver high-quality systems that exceed expectations.What You Will DoDrive team members to suggest ideas for innovation and ensure follow-through.Provide coaching and guidance to junior members to enable them to contribute more effectivelyProvide out-of-hours support as requested for incidentsCoordinate test efforts with all affected parties, e.g., business stakeholders, other IT teamsContribute to Performance FeedbackParticipate in technical analysis and design review sessionsLead in bug and metric review meetings for stream ManualContribute and perform test coverage reviewsOrganize regression activity of the team and own status reportingLead the complete delivery for a large project(s) with minimal support

What You Will BringEssential:At least 5 years of solid experience in application QA/testing.At least 2 years of QA leadership experience.Proven experience in Functional, enterprise-system level testing and a strong desire to learn automated testing tools such as Selenium or Provar.Strong knowledge of both manual and automated testing practices.Ability to ensure accountability and communicate effectively with diverse teams.Proven record of driving results and engagement, while supporting team objectives.Expertise in creating, planning, and executing test strategies and test plans to promote quality in all aspects of deliveryAmenable to work on EMEA Shift (4PM-1AM)
Desirable:Salesforce experience or familiarity with related enterprise systems.Experience with CICD pipelining for deployment (e.g., Bamboo, Jira, Git, Atlassian).Hands-on experience with QA tools like Provar and automation frameworks.Exposure to performance testing and monitoring.#LI-Remote#JE#B2
