As Application Engineer . ALS , you will be responsible for:

Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support –

Resolving post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases. For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.

Working together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level.

Specifying needs, communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of research done.

Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.

Processing diverse clients in a region. Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.

To be successful in this role you will be

Have successfully completed your studies with at least 4 years of experience in Services).

Have proven experience in Technical Support and in Services.

Have deep oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and leadership skills.

Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams including to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

Have effective problem identification and solution skills and proven analytical and organizational ability.
