This role involves hands-on problem-solving to enable successful B2B sales and product integration. Responsibilities include technical support, documentation, customer training, product demonstrations, and collaboration with internal engineering teams across development, testing, and manufacturing. **Job Qualifications:** **•** Develop technical documentation including application notes, test procedures, FAQs, user guides, and product specifications. • Assist in product validation and release processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to product design, production, and validation. • Deliver product training to customers, sales representatives, and internal staff. • Support customers with system design, troubleshooting, and application of FLIR OEM products. • Analyze data and generate reports to support engineering initiatives. • Participate in assembly, testing, and development of OEM products. • Travel (domestic and international) to support product demonstrations and on-site support. • Gather customer insights and market feedback to inform product development and system requirements. • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development, including trade shows and customer visits. • Contribute to production line improvements based on customer feedback, including yield and process optimization. • Provide support to ensure smooth production operations and product delivery. • Assist systems engineering with the design, definition, and implementation of complex system requirements. • Support hardware/software compatibility efforts and system specification development. • Provide application support for a wide range of internal and external customer use cases involving IR camera systems. • Collaborate with senior systems engineers and contribute to special projects as needed. **Required Qualifications** • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and technical writing abilities. • Eagerness to learn and apply new concepts. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international); valid passport required. • Proficiency in writing and testing software tools such as MATLAB or Python (C/C++ experience is a plus). • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint., Linux experience is helpful • Competency in mechanical and electrical assembly. • Basic understanding of optics and electromechanical systems. • Familiarity with embedded systems and computer science principles. **Preferred Education & Background** •  Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
