Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experienceAt least 3 years of semiconductor IC fab experience as Metrology Engineer or Product EngineerUnderstanding of software development and architecture is desirableExperience in data modeling and analysis

Base Pay Range: $97,600.00 - $165,900.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-OR-Hillsboro-Beaverton-KLA
