Applications and Systems Engineering Manager
You will lead a team of Applications Engineers who serve as trusted technical experts and consultants to NI customers and direct their activities to maximize NI and customer success! You will play a key role in training and developing the skills of team members and ensuring good collaboration with other departments within Emerson and with third parties. This is a unique role that requires strong leadership, business, collaboration, and communication skills.    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Collaborate with Systems R&D to bring new Application Systems and IP to market. Partner with Business Managers to set strategy and allocate Application Engineering resources.  Work with Account Managers to advance and win sales opportunities. Assess and prioritize incoming requests for Application Engineering resources, assign tasks and projects to team members. Recruit and foster the development of Application Engineers by identifying training and career development opportunities, setting and monitoring annual goals, and conducting performance evaluations. Collaborate with Business Managers and AE team to define and deliver sales enablement content.

  For This Role, You Will Need: STEM-related bachelor's degree  2-3 years of team leadership experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization Experience in handling resources, budgets, and schedules U.S. Citizenship
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field Knowledge of NI hardware and software products Demonstrated success and experience in project management Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
