As a Senior Applications Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping customers maximize the value of OptimalPlus GO. Come join our team! **IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:** + **Customer Collaboration** + Partner with customers to understand their unique requirements and challenges. + Work cross-functionally to design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs. + **Analytics & Rule Development** + Develop and enhance analytic dashboards that provide actionable insights. + Create and maintain custom rules to detect anomalies, trends, and opportunities in customer data. + **Technical Support & Case Management** + Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers. + Deliver timely, effective support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. + **Account Growth & Expansion** + Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. + Recommend additional features, modules, or services that align with customer objectives. **WHO YOU ARE:** **FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering or Technical/Design + Familiarity with semiconductor yield management and product/test engineering. + Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role + Proficiency in Python, R, and JavaScript. + Understanding of machine learning concepts, including model building and generation. + Experience in designing and building dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). + Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights. + Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git). + Experience working in Agile or cross-functional team environments. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:** + Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering or Technical/Design + Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills. + Experience with yield management tools. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
