About the Job Applications Analyst - SAP Finance This role works in our Phoenix Home Office. Visa sponsorship is not availabile for this role. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for an accounting professional looking to switch careers to IT and grow as an SAP consultant. The ideal candidate would need to be a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for learning technology. This is a unique opportunity to transition from a traditional accounting role into the world of SAP consulting through a structured mentorship and training program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn and grow into the role of an SAP Finance (FI/CO) Consultant through hands-on training and mentorship. Work closely with senior SAP consultants and project teams to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions. Assist in SAP configuration, testing, documentation, and support activities. Participate in workshops, user training sessions, and project implementations. Support end users and troubleshoot finance-related SAP issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / SKILLS Current experience in accounting or finance (4+ years preferred). SAP end-user experience is a strong plus (e.g., using SAP for AP, AR, GL, or reporting). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a quick learner mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
