Summary:
Provide support for assigned systems. Coordinate and deliver system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements to existing or new systems. Assist I.T. Management with project management for assigned projects. Maintain and support systems and documentation for systems. Perform all functions in accordance with I.T. processes and procedures and department objectives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Support responsibility for the assigned company’s Front of House based applications For assigned applications, serve as initial point of contact for problems: analyze problems, diagnose and find root cause and either solve the problem or works with vendors and others capable of resolving the issue Take ownership of support calls for assigned applications through to resolution Assist with upgrades, enhancements and implementation of current and new Front of House applications Assist with end-user training on assigned applications, as requested Acquire thorough understanding of operational purpose and need for assigned systems to assist end users in software best practices and ensure applications are operated as designed Ensure proper preventative maintenance and all necessary monitoring is performed and audited on assigned applications Company’s point of contact for vendors of assigned applications Maintain documentation for assigned applications Make recommendations on upgrades and/or hardware replacement for assigned applications Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned
