Key Responsibilities:

Develop new bakery formulations based on industrial standards and country specific requirementsIndependently design and conduct experiments aimed at developing EMC/EMD for baking and dairy. Select and evaluate the right flavor solution in compliance with legal, costs, clients & applications requirementsVisit clients to provide promotions / solutions / meet client request in application.Manage various administrative internal systems/tasks related to projects briefs and keep daily record on laboratory work and resultsEstablish new protocols for use/stability of ingredients/flavors or laboratory equipment. Run stability tests and check flavor solubility according to established protocol, Realize analysis with laboratory equipment. Take remedial action to reduce any HS&E risk, comply with HS&E procedures inform your management if you can’t comply, respect the dsm-firmenich fundamentals and ethical principles

 

We value:

 

University or above level, Major in Food science, Flavor, Chemistry are preferred.Professional experience in Flavor Application, EMC/EMD development experience is preferredCapable of handling multiple projects with good quality in a methodical manner, within short deadlinesPro-active, Accurate and well organizedEnthusiastic, open-minded and good team player
