Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for an Applications Support Analyst to join our team on our central team in Manchester. As a Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for managing and leading your own team helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.
This role is being offered as a 12-month fixed term contract, working on a rotating shift pattern of the following, 8am – 4:30pm or 9 – 6:00pm.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organisation Ensuring timely Incident resolution and effective management of tickets raised Play a key role in understanding new technical solutions and facilitating smooth transitions for WMS project implementations Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to address intricate challenges and guide the investigation process
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience working in a warehouse setting Basic knowledge of IT concepts Strong problems solving skills Familiarity with the DLx WMS and SQL is desired
