Application Support Analyst:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and providing exceptional support to our clients.
We will count on you to:
Investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve technical application issues reported by clients.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.Provide application support until tickets are resolved and formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements.Ensure all relevant implementation, support, and change management processes are adhered to (i.e. Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management).Support Project Teams ensuring technology-related projects are implemented successfully and on time with minimal impact to the production environment.What you need to have:
An Associate degree or bachelor’s degree.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Advanced English, Java, Spring, REST API, and Angular.What makes you stand out:
