Key Responsibilities:

 

iPads MDM Control: Manage and configure iPads using Intune for mobile device management.

Cash Handling Machines (CC Machines)

Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management for cash handling machines, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance by Colton.

OPOS/Options

Support and troubleshoot OPOS systems and related options as needed.

Kiosks

Versatile Finance Kiosk: Provide administration support for Versatile Finance Kiosks, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Ashley Digital Kiosk: Manage enrollment and support for Ashley Digital Kiosks, assisting users with any technical issues.

Lexmark Printers

MVE Software Support: Offer support for MVE software integrated with Lexmark printers. Firmware Upgrades: Conduct firmware upgrades to maintain printer functionality and security. Contract Relationship: Manage relationships related to contracts for Lexmark services.

HOMES Support

Software Support: Provide software support for the HOMES system, ensuring efficient operation. Server Support Licensee: Act as a licensee for server support related to HOMES applications. Printer Support Licensee: Provide printer support as a licensee for HOMES-related printers.

D365 ECM Support

Account Creation: Responsible for creating accounts for corporate users within the D365 ECM system. Software Support: Provide support for AG/D365 software, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of IT experience Technical proficiency in: Log into Current Server OS (Manage and Support) Azure Intune Networking Mobile Device Management Troubleshooting computer/credit card machines/iPad hardware

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT related field Or 5 years equivalent experience

Work Environment:

Office-based position Occasional retail store travel required
