Summary: In this role, you will provide second-level support for critical business applications, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of issues. You will work closely with frontline IT support, investigate escalated incidents, and fulfill application-specific service requests. Key Responsibilities: * Application Specialist I will troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents and service requests * Prioritize and schedule tasks to minimize business disruption * Apply temporary fixes and workarounds to maintain application functionality and security * Document solutions and update the knowledge base to support future issue resolution * As an Application Specialist I, you will communicate clearly and promptly with stakeholders regarding new or ongoing issues * Perform after-hours data changes on production systems as needed * Take on additional duties as assigned
