Application Specialist

Position Summary
1、Serve as technical expert to provide routine training support to customer in the training center. Maintain technical expertise to provide consultancy and support on marketing strategy and activity.
2、Work is performed under the general direction of Marketing Manager of Business Unit.

Main Tasks
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
­1、Provide external after-sales application training to customer in assigned regions to ensure value perception and customer satisfaction of CZ product.  It will include post-install training on ma-chine operation and follow-up in-depth training on clinical application for defined product.
­2、Support  pre-sale by advance demo
­3、Work closely with KOL , reference site and VIP customers in assigned regions to support on clinical study, product trial, training seminar, guru visit, and publication & presentation, etc.
4、­Support on market information, sales training, marketing activities and sales aids
­5、Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements


Education
Bachelor degree in related disciplines and 2 years clinical working experience, major in ophthalmology is preferred Or Master degree or above in related disciplines

Experience
2+ years clinical experience

1、English and Chinese language skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening and speaking

5、Requires strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication necessary to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.

9、Assess situations / problems and logically and creatively finding solutions
