In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Technical support:
* Reviews, analyzes and offers suitable solutions to the most sophisticated technical challenges; provides recommendations to collaborators through appropriate channels;
* Offers presales and post sales technical support to the Measurement Solutions Organizations
* Develops and maintains a sound knowledge of the BU's products and Industry trends
* Provides technical support and expertise in a timely manner to sales and marketing teams, global technical support teams;
* Provides technical support and expertise according to the process, procedures, quality and service level standards.
* Interacts with Sales Offices and our PMO organization on finding tech solutions for Customer requests.
* Interacts with design authority/product company for the development of special options and new features for the standard products
* Interacts with sales offices to understand post sales customer issues and for trouble shooting
* Interacts with our agreed suppliers to find align on viable products, price, lead times to quite to our customers
* Interacts with our supply chain organization to get updates on suppliers and get support on response times
* Goes in production and provides product support for manufacturing engineers and other manufacturing functions according to the process

Technical trainings:
* Delivers new hire trainings to local organization and prepares/updates the materials needed to deliver the training sessions
* Identifies training needs within the sales force based on the application/ technical queries received
* Evaluates training participants based on their technical competence and according to business needs
* Provide recurrent trainings to refresh information and updates on products

For This Role, You Will Need:

University degree in Engineering (Technical);+ 2 years’ experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment (technical support, quotations, technical sales);Languages: English – advanced level + any other is a plusPC skills: MS Office, Internet
