Your role and responsibilities

Participate in full-cycle testing of enterprise-level application software, spanning requirements analysis to defect tracking, with hands-on implementation of automated testing frameworks and performance optimization strategies.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Smart Power division in China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Participate in requirement reviews to assist in developing test plans and testing strategies.Design and author high-quality test cases aligned with business scenarios, covering functional, performance, and compatibility testing dimensions.Execute both manual and automated testing to pinpoint defects and monitor resolution progress. Conduct API testing and performance load testing using tools like JMeter/Postman, delivering comprehensive test reports.Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance code robustness/system stability. Maintain testing documentation and curate testing artifacts (e.g., test case repositories, automation scripts).

Qualifications for the role

Identify system performance bottlenecks through stress testing, collaborating with developers to optimize API response times and resource utilization patterns.Contribute to UI/API automation script development, enhancing testing efficiency while minimizing redundant manual efforts.Drive defect resolution cycles in rapid iteration environments, synchronizing testing progress with release cadence.Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields major, currently in the third year of undergraduate or graduate studies.Demonstrate solid understanding of software testing fundamentals including core concepts, methodologies, and full testing lifecycle processes.Proficient in applying diverse testing techniques (black-box/white-box/gray-box testing, functional/performance/regression testing) to effectively validate system behaviors.Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools/frameworks: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JMeter/Postman. Mastered test case authoring methodologies with proven ability to deliver high-coverage, well-structured test cases.
