Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

Participate in product requirement analysis and assist in web-based interface design (including web platforms, admin dashboards, etc.).Deliver high-fidelity prototypes, visual design mockups, and detailed interaction specifications based on product requirements.Lead creative design of foundational elements (icons, buttons, UI components) to ensure visual style consistency.Collaborate with product managers and front-end developers to efficiently implement designs and iterate on optimizations.Design enterprise-level web applications (e.g., data management systems, industrial control panels), handling visual presentation of multi-layered information architecture and complex functional modules to balance user-friendliness with robust business logic integrity.Develop intuitive, aesthetically-pleasing visualization solutions for complex data reporting and real-time monitoring dashboards, empowering users to make rapid, data-driven decisions.Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

Design or related background major, currently in the third year of undergraduate or graduate studies.Proficient in Figma with hands-on project experience and a portfolio of design work.Foundational understanding of interface design principles, including visual style definition, UI layout design, and iconography.Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating efficiently within cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions.Experience in large-scale web applications or industrial interface design is preferred.A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
