Job Responsibilities:
Efficient and effective completion of instrument installations & impart operator's training at customer sites.Perform troubleshooting and complaint handling alongwith fixing problem issues timely .Timely updation of customer software as and when new software versions are released.Provide introduction of new tests for promotion of reagents.Help and support customer labs to adhere to quality control measures in conformance with accrediting bodies.Conduct Scientific support activity and advanced application activate for all product lines.
