About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and passionate SaaS Applications Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Taiwan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business sales of our leading SaaS business applications (ERP, HCM, CRM, etc.) to key multinational clients in the region. You will also work closely with our ecosystem of partners to co-develop opportunities and expand market presence.

What You Will Do:
Drive new and expansion sales of SaaS-based business applications and related services to prospective and existing MNC clients in Taiwan. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and execute effective account strategies, including resource planning, pipeline management, and forecasting. Create and present compelling value propositions and solution proposals that align with client business goals. Work closely with partners to co-sell, build pipeline, and develop joint go-to-market strategies. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close deals successfully and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify key influencers within the customer and partner ecosystem and develop strategic alignment to enhance sales success. Collaborate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure client success and long-term value.What You Will Need to Be Successful:
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT application sales, preferably in SaaS solutions (ERP/HCM/CRM). Proven track record of success in engaging and selling to multinational corporations (MNCs). Strong partner engagement experience, building joint business plans and managing co-selling motions is a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across various stakeholders, both internally and externally. Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Excellent negotiation, closing, and deal management skills. Strong team player who collaborates well in a matrix and multicultural environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; business or technology-related discipline preferred.
