As the Application Release Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of preserving Minnesota Department of Transportation's vital applications, systems, and services. Experience must include: + Basic knowledge of Network design, servers, and databases such as authentication/access systems and network applications, SaaS/PaaS, cloud environments. + Experience translating technical details for non-technical audiences. + Experience supporting network applications, updates, migrations, and modernization. + Experience in project tracking and reporting using MS Office applications and other project management tools. + Experience developing and managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely task completion. + Ability to deliver effective verbal or written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding on both parties. + Customer service skills that include active listening, empathy, and problem-solving. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or an IT related field substitutes for two (2) years of experience, OR an IT or related associate’s degree substitutes for one (1) year. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Network+ and ITIL. + Experience managing IT or software development projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. + Experience working with MNIT, MnDOT, or other public sector agencies. + In-depth knowledge of government and commercial cloud platforms and network application management. + Proven leadership skills; experience leading cross-functional teams or delivering presentations/training. + Experience with business critical project rollout activities.
