Job Description:

At Regions, the Technology Portfolio Liaison supports the intake of initiatives from technology and the business unit to help determine capacity and sequencing. This role executes intake, prioritization, and impact assessment activities in accordance with policies and standards. The ideal candidate possesses experience working within the business and technology with a keen awareness of the industry at large and competitor portfolios, priorities, strategic investments, etc.

Primary Responsibilities

Facilitates intake, prioritization, and readiness of requests/initiativesConducts impact assessments to understand capacityEvaluates work requests to determine the preliminary scope, objectives, and alignment with strategic prioritiesAnalyzes capacity allocation and ensures teams have appropriate capacity and skillsConducts departmental trade-off analysis as neededDevelops and/or maintains roadmaps reflecting annual forecasts and quarterly commitmentsActs as a resource for technology roadmaps, monitoring for end of lifeCollaborates across multiple departments, engaging with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and seamless communication between teamsServes as a key interface between teams, leadership, and stakeholdersConsults with the business on how best to leverage technology to meet strategic needsStandardizes the model for workstream intake, charters, and roadmap documentationWorks with the business and technology to stay abreast of the industry at large and competitor portfolios, priorities, strategic investments, etcMay mentor junior team members and other technology staff

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related fieldSix (6) years of experience in information technology, project management, or a related area

Ability to Design and Implement application inventory management routines, application to capability mapping with EA, application criticality classification and rating, and application health assessment/ratingCollaborate with Enterprise Architecture to identify necessary tools to maintain Application portfolioEnsure Annual Certifications by Application Owners for Data accuracyResponsible for portfolio oversight and governance/controls, and manage risk, audit and regulatory requirements, communication and deliverables associated APM and portfolio governanceTrack the portfolio's compliance status and report it to relevant stakeholders, including compliance officers and senior managementSupport Application Life cycle management governance routines

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum:

$110,564.69 USD

Median:

$139,491.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan.
